The Emotional Fitness System is an educational and coaching program focused on developing a healthier relationship with food through emotional regulation, behavioral change, and somatic awareness techniques.

Self-paced learning modules
Group coaching sessions
Somatic breathwork sessions
Support materials and resources
Community interaction
2.3 Program Duration

3. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

Participants are encouraged to:

Inform their healthcare providers about participation in this program

3.3 Scope of Practice
The program provider:
Does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions
Does not prescribe treatments or medications
Does not provide crisis intervention services
Makes no guarantees about specific outcomes or results

4. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

4.1 Personal Responsibility
By participating in the program, you acknowledge:
You are responsible for your own choices and actions
Results vary based on individual commitment and circumstances
Success requires active participation and implementation

4.2 Health Considerations
You confirm that:
You have no medical conditions that would prevent participation
You will consult healthcare providers about program participation if needed
You will immediately stop any activity that causes distress

4.3 Somatic Work
Regarding breathwork and somatic exercises:
Participation is voluntary
You will honor your physical and emotional boundaries
You will communicate any discomfort or concerns immediately

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

5.1 Program Provider Commitments
We commit to:
Protecting your personal information
Maintaining professional confidentiality
Secure storage of any program-related communications

5.2 Participant Commitments
You agree to:
Maintain confidentiality of other participants
Not share group discussion content
Not record sessions without explicit permission

6. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

6.1 Program Investment
Full payment required before program access
Current founding member rate: $1,497
Payment plans, if available, detailed separately

6.2 Refund Policy
A full refund is available within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible:
Request must be submitted in writing within the 15-day period
No refunds will be issued after the 15-day period has expired
The 15-day period begins from the date of purchase

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

7.1 Community Guidelines
Participants agree to:
Treat others with respect and dignity
Honor boundaries and privacy
Communicate concerns professionally
Support a safe learning environment

7.2 Prohibited Behavior
The following will not be tolerated:
Harassment or discrimination
Sharing others' personal information
Disruptive or harmful behavior
Marketing to other participants

8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to:
Terminate participation for code of conduct violations
Deny access for inappropriate behavior
Issue refunds at our discretion if termination is required

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 Financial Liability
Program provider's liability limited to program fee paid.
9.2 Personal Responsibility
Participants assume full responsibility for:
Their personal safety and wellbeing
Implementation of program content
Choices made during and after the program

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials are protected by copyright and:
Are for personal use only
May not be shared or distributed
May not be copied or reproduced

11. AGREEMENT

By participating in the Emotional Fitness System, you acknowledge:

You have read and understood these terms
You agree to all conditions specified
You enter this agreement voluntarily
You are at least 18 years of age
